The hotel breakfast (included) was AMAZING!!! So many options to choose from and their coffee machine was to die for. This alone was worth out overnight stay! I liked how new and clean the hotel is. We also liked that they were able to fit this family of four in a family room of two bunk beds.

Was so nice Hotel ..everything was clean..new..look like Photos Even the hotel Lounge is more beautiful than the pictures..the breakfast was so good and the service is good... I could make check in earlier and i find it's so nice from the man in reception there....I was so satisfied with my daughters with our stay there But the hotel is not so near from the center city...walking from central station 20 minutes... but too long..Sbahn or U station you need to walk 7 minutes to reach the station and its not so far ...I mean you need to use Public transport to reach the central station (one stop)to the port near the water you need 18 minutes with U.bahn

WOW What a beautiful hotel, clean, friendly staff, nice rooms, great location, wonderful breakfast, even the parking was a nice clean underground garage that felt very secure. We needed a triple room and got a room for 4 Bathroom was shower and sink / next to it was a toilet and sink. Perfect for when you need the loo and a teenager is having a long shower. Incredible hotel Would recommend and definitely stay again We even at at the hotel restaurant due to getting there late after a day at Phantasialand near Cologne. I can’t remember the last time I ate a meal at a hotel, but the selection of food and price was also good value for money.

It’s a good price to start with. The room is bright and spacious. Design is modern and new. Good soundproof( because the hotel is next to the railway).

The hotel is located in the new building. Everything are new and don't have any smell. We had really big room for 2 adults and 1 baby. The view to the park, not sunny side. Air condition helped to sleep well in the room with comfortable temperature.

The breakfast was outstanding with plenty to choose from. The staff, in particular Tom Gossling, were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is spotless and the atmosphere is professional.

The location was great, it was kind of in a middle of downtown and airport which was ideal for me. The staff was very helpful, breakfast was good, it had a little bit of everything, sweet, savory, fresh fruit and pretty descent coffee. Behind a hotel there is a walking area with greenery and it was perfect to sit and relax a bit.

On arrival the staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in early as our room was ready. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. We paid a very low price for this hotel and at this price point the hotel more than met our expectations. Breakfast in the morning was included in this low price and it did not disappoint- there was plenty of choice and everything was tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
